This initial meeting with a Partner or Director provides an opportunity to learn more about each other, introduce colleagues from the firm’s various professional teams and scope out how we can assist you. It gives you a chance to discuss our expertise and explore our professional experience. By the end of the meeting, you will know if we are the right fit for you, your business and to support your family’s financial and taxation needs.

Having met in person and discussed your requirements you will want to see a formal proposal.

We tailor each proposal based on our previous conversations, our understanding of your needs and the scope of work we are able to provide. You have time to review it all to ensure that we have incorporated all of the services that you need and understand the costs. Then call us, or meet again, to discuss any queries and how to proceed.

Having decided to work together we need to formalise the arrangements and ensure a seamless transition.

When you engage Lewis Golden we will contact your previous advisors and then begin our onboarding process. In addition to the identification and engagement formalities, we review your previous accounts, tax returns and other information to ensure that we have a complete picture of your affairs. We record all of this data in our systems for future use and reference. Our priority is to make the handover smooth and stress-free for our clients.
