You have received an email from with a link to join the portal and your username. Please click on this link where you will be asked to create a password, see screen below.

Home Screen

Once you have registered you will be presented with a screen similar to the one below. The ribbon along the top takes to your the relevant section within the portal. These are:

  1. Provide Information
  2. Approvals
  3. Documents
  4. Gift Aid
  5. FAQ [Your name]  
  1. Provide Information 

In this section you will be able to click on your tax return for the relevant year and provide the information needed in order for us to complete your tax return. You will also be able to see the current status of your tax return(s). 

Depending on your settings once you have clicked on your relevant tax return you will see a breakdown of the different income sections, as shown below.

When you select a relevant section a pop out will appear similar to the one below.

Once a section is completed it will appear gold and a tick will appear on the right-hand side of the banner, as shown above.

Once all sections are complete there are three options at the bottom:

  • Save draft – this will save the page as it currently stands.
  • Mark all as complete – this will tick all the banners on the right hand side.
  • Send to advisor – once you are content that all sections are complete and/or all relevant documents are uploaded please select this option.

Note that once you have clicked ‘Send to advisor’ you can still upload documents but won’t be able to change your hard typed numbers within each section.

2.  Approvals

Documents which we have prepared will appear in this section. This would include, for example, the approval of your tax return, letter of engagement, CGT return etc.

If you click on the document you wish to approve it will take you to a similar screen to the one below. You can then click ‘Approve’ or ‘Reject’ and then the ‘Confirm’ button at the bottom.

3. Documents

In the documents section you will be able to:

  1. See all the documents you have uploaded as part of the ‘Provide information’ process above.
  2. Upload any further documents you think are necessary for us to complete your tax return.

4. Gift Aid

This section allows you to add any gift aid donations you make, as and when you make them. You add these donations in a similar way to adding information in the ‘Provide information’ section above.

Lists frequently asked questions

6. [Your name]

The drop down takes you to:

  1. Your personal information which you can change/update as necessary.
  2. Allows you to sign out.
